(Juego de) Ingenieria Mecanica Infantil was a Meccano-like construction system with a 10mm hole spacing. It was made in the Argentina, in (probably) the late 1940s to the early 1950s.
Construmec was a very similar system with the illustrated parts list in the manual being almost identical. It was made in the Argentina, in (probably) the late 1940s to the early 1950s.

Mostly MECCANO-like parts except 10mm pitch & all round holes except M215. Unusual parts: 11 holes Flanged Sector Plate; 7 holes Trunnions; 13,17,21,29h Strips; 29h Angle Girder; 13x3,5 holes Flex Plates; 5x9h & 5x13h Flanged Plate.
