Konstruktor(20) Construction Sets
(including Konstruktor Voennaya Tekhnika and Russian Meccano)
Konstruktor(20) is a Meccano-like construction system with similarities to the German Eitech "Construction" system. The sets and manuals all have the 'ЧЭАЗ' (CHEAZ) and/or Russian Style logo on them.
In the late 1990s the CHEAZ range initially consisted of the two sets previously made by the Brest Engineering Production Association in Belarus (see Konstruktor(27)). The system Konstruktor Voennaya Tekhnika, should be merged with Konstruktor(20) as it is just one of the sets made by 'ЧЭАЗ' (CHEAZ). 'ЧЭАЗ' (CHEAZ) construction sets have been made in Cheboksary, Russia from the late 1990s to the present day by the Joint Stock Company "Cheboksary Electrical Apparatus Plant" 428020, Russia, Chuvash Republic, Cheboksary, I. Yakovlev ave., 5 (Акционерное общество «Чебоксарский электроаппаратный завод» 428020, Россия, Чувашская Республика, г. Чебоксары, пр. И. Яковлева, 5)
You can see from the CHEAZ website that they also produce some sets in conjunction with 'Русский Стиль' (Russian Style) which is based in Moscow. These joint sets have both the CHEAZ and Russian Style logos on them.
Russian Style also market some additional sets which do not have the CHEAZ logo on them. However the parts in these appear to be identical to the CHEAZ sets and could well be actually made by the same manufacturer. The Russian Style website is https://www.russtyle.net/. Русский Стиль (Russian Style) makes/markets a wide variety of other toys in addition to the metal constructional system.
The actual manufacturer of these sets is quite likely to be the same as Konstruktor Mekhanik(4), Metallicheskiy Konstruktor and Samodelkin (Самоделкин) sets as they all use the same range of parts and the companies are all located Cheboksary.
Some Russian exported sets called Russian Meccano have been seen, with the box in English. Virtually all the parts look identical to Konstruktor(20) parts, so it is quite likely that they come from the same manufacturer. More info required.

Many similarities to KONSTRUKTOR VOENNAYA TEKHNIKA & KONSTRUKTOR Known 115 but 3 sets in series. Sets 1-3 have Scooter, unusual Mobile Crane, & Helicopter on their colourful sleeves.
