Konstruktor(28) was a metric constructional system. It was made in Brest, Belarus, initially by the Textile Factory in Suvorov, Brest (Завод "текстильмаш, суворова, Брест) and later by the Brest Engineering Production Association (Брестское Машиностроительное Произодственное Объединение). It was made at least from the the mid 1980s to the late 1990s. Konstruktor K-115 should be merged with this system as it refers to just one of the sets made by this company. In the late 1990s, manufacture of both the sets below was transferred to CHEAZ (ЧЭАЗ) in Cheboksary, Russia.
