Konstruktor(31)

Konstruktor(31) is a Meccano-like construction system that is almost a copy of GDR Construction. It was made in Kyrgyzstan by the Branch of the Frunze Computer Plant in Maylısuu (Филиал фрунзенского завода ЭВМ, Майли Суу) in at least the 1980s and 1990s.
