Konstruktor Mekhanik(3) was a (probably) metric constructional system made mainly from aluminium. It was made in the Petrovsky Electromechanical Plant "Hammer", Petrovsk, Saratov Region, Russia (Петровского электромеханического завода «Молот», г. Петровск). It was later thought to be made by OJSC Tantal, Saratov (ОАО «Тантал» г. Саратов). It was made from at least the late 1970s to the mid 1980s.

Many parts similar to SONNEBERGER. *1 Mod 1.5. *2 Some holes in various parts 5.3 (instead of slotted holes). Nut plain aluminium.
