Konstruktors(2)

Konstruktors(2) was a metric constructional system. It was made in Riga, Latvia by the WEF Factory (Завод ВЭФ) from from around 1958 to 1960. Whilst the manual cover was dual language - Latvian and Russian, all the inside text was in Russian. Was a Latvian manual produced as well?
