A L'Ingenieur Français set 1 instruction leaflet, print ref 7/632/85(1P) with a sticker for war time use dated 10/7/1943. It appears as though surplus L'Ingenieur Français instruction leaflets were being used up in Meccano X Series sets. Note that only the front page is displayed here as the rest of the leaflet is the same as the previous instruction leaflet.
