La Meccanica Applicata Construction Sets

La Meccanica Applicata was a Meccano-like construction system. It was probably manufactured in Italy. Date unknown, but probably the 1930s or 1940s. The La Meccanica Applicata set shown in the pictures below has contents virtually identical to Fai Meccanica set 1. It is therefore assumed that these sets probably precede Fai Meccanica.

Brief Details - Distance between holes 12.00 mm., Diameter of holes 4.24 mm., Diameter of shafts 3.91 mm. It does not have a motor.
