Lynncraft was a simple construction system with strips and flanged plates. It was made in the USA in around 1946.
Mickey Mouse sets were basically repackaged Lynncraft sets. Presumably sold by or in association with Walt Disney Productions.

Strips with end holes & groove between for strength. Flanged Plate top has staggered 1” pitch holes. LYNNCRAFT moulded in Tyres. *1 Mostly, also 3/8, 3/4", & others. *2 Also square Nuts. *3 Also 6.3.
