Meccano-Märklin Construction Sets
Meccano-Märklin was a transition period in Germany between Meccano and Marklin. The German government took over the German Meccano factory during World War One and then sold it to the Márklin company in 1918/9. There was a joint period until early 1919 when sets were jointly produced. See Märklin for 1919 onwards.
