Mekanik(2) / Mecanic(4) was a Meccano-like Construction system which had both Meccano and Märklin features. For most of the time the system was called Mekanik, although for a period in (probably) the late 1950s it was called Mecanic. It was made in Sweden from 1948 to 1962.

Many unusual parts including: single Braced Girders with 1 row of holes; Pulley Discs with & without boss, up to 100mm; Flanged Plates 5x5,7x9,7x11h; Perforated Plate 7x13h. Data need verifying. See also MECANIC [4].
