Metallbaukasten(6) Construction Sets

Metallbaukasten(6) was a simple Meccano-like construction system with 15mm hole spacing. Boxes have 'Früh übt sich' on lid. It was made in the former East Germany, probably post-war.

Details from one Set Nr.301/302 with manual, boy, & 'Früh Übt sich' on lid. Just Strips, Perforated Plates, Discs up to 5 holes diameter, small wooden Wheel. *1 Also said to be c1930.

Photos of a Metallbaukasten(6) set. Note that there are some wrong parts in the box. I.e. Trix-like parts and some smaller 10mm spaced strips which do not belong to this system.
