Boy by 'Eiffel' Tower on lid & manual. Likely Belgian as manual in French+Dutch. Red, green, blue, yellow parts, mainly 5x13h Plate, Strips, 1" Pulley, & an unusual 8 holes Bush Wheel. *1Possible circa.2.5 diameter. *2As in manual models.
