Richter Architectural Models
(Anker Stone Building Blocks)
Richter Architectural Models (also known as Anker Stone Building Blocks) was a simple construction system for making buildings and other architectural models from stone blocks. Some of the sets also contained metal parts for constructing bridges. It was made in Germany, from 1882 to around the 1920. The first metal bridge parts were introduced in 1895, but they were not a commercial success and were discontinued in 1896. Simplified metal bridge parts were then introduced in 1901.
