Splintofix Construction Sets

Splintofix was a simple construction system made from aluminium. It mainly used clips with wedges to join parts together although a screwed rod and nuts were also used when a rod was required. It was made in East Germany in the late 1940s. The instruction leaflet is dated November 1948, with 2000 being printed.

Simple system; main parts are square-ended Strips, Wheel Disc, lozenge-shaped Plate, & Corner Bracket held by a Wedge thru flat Clip. *1 Print Ref. *2 Probably not M3.5. *3 3.5 in other parts.
