Tecc
Tecc construction sets were specially packaged for sale in the Bart Smit stores in the Netherlands. They were sold in the early 1990s.
Sets 1 to 4 were repackaged Construction (later Eitech) - (Tecc(1))
Sets 5 and 6 (and maybe more) were repackaged Merkur (Tecc(2))
