Tecno Meccanico Construction Sets

Tecno Meccanico was a Meccano-like construction system. It is was made in Italy in at least the 1950s. Some curiosities: 7x5 hole plates beaded on the long sides, and the flat and flanged trunnions have no gaps, pulleys with 50 mm. in diameter appear in the catalog as those of MECCANO (it says radial) but they are actually solid with 8 holes, and the 6x3 mm open cylinder. appears in the catalog as MECCANO but it is replaced by a showy 4 cm open boiler. diameter and 7 holes long.

Brief details - Distance between holes 12.70 mm., Diameter of holes and axles 4.3 mm. and 4.06 mm. respectively. Number of different part types 66.
