Goliath Construction Sets
and
Invicta Construction Sets
Goliath and Invicta construction sets appear to be very similar if not identical, although MCS does give different holes sizes. They both use the same Trix-like parts but with fewer holes. Many of the models are the same using the same artwork. They were made in the Spain in around the mid 1930s.

Less holes than TRIX to give V pattern. Appears same as INVICTA but MCS gives different hole sizes.
