Konstruktor(23)
Konstruktor(23) was almost a clone of 1960s Meccano, except that the hole spacing was 12.1mm. The parts numbering was identical to Meccano. It was made in Russia by three different factories - Miass city, Chelyabinsk region (Город Миасс, Челябинская обл), Moscow (Москва), Penza Production Association of Electronic Computing Technology (formerly VEM Plant) (Пензенское производственное объединение электронно-вычислительной техники (бывш. завод ВЭМ)). It was probably made during the 1970s/1980s. The manuals of the three companiess are all virtually identical. Apart from their name on the rear cover, the only other significant difference is on the bottom right corner of the front cover where it says - Пенза (Penza), Москва (Moscow) or nothing at all in the case of Город Миасс (Miass City). The hole spacing of the Penza sets is 12.5mm. Not certain whether the others are the same or not.
